It does seem a bit off white blonde hair, but you've done a beautiful job anyway. 
I always pictured him with scruffy facial hair, but otherwise almost exactly like this. I think what I love the most is the faces at the top (or maybe skulls?). I can tell that they are in his thoughts and they're etched permanently in his brain. The splotches and paint drips are wonderfully placed. It really gets his complexity.
